These general terms and conditions apply to the prize draw conducted on the Promoters web site unless otherwise stated.

1. Competitions/prize draws are not open to employees of the Promoter or its affiliated companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

2. Entry to this prize draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions which include the prize draw instructions and rules.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries will only be accepted via the official online form provided.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

6. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or close the prize draw if necessary without further notice.

7. At the end of each calendar month, three prize draw entrants will be selected from all valid prize draw submissions. The three monthly prize draw winners will each receive a box of their favourite Millar or McCowan's sweets as indicated on their prize draw submission.

8. Monthly prize draw winners will be notified initially by email and/or telephone and then by letter.

9. Prize draw winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.

10. There are no cash alternatives.

11. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to publish names of competition winners in relation to publicity without further consent or payment.

13. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter will be final.

14. Limited to the residents of the UK only unless otherwise stated.

15. Where the specific competition rules conflict with these terms and conditions then the specific competition rules will apply.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative monthly winners in the event that the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions of entry.

17. Winners may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all terms and conditions of the competition prior to receiving their prize if relevant.
